Alexander Tietze brings over 28 years of experience in international capital markets, with a focus on Europe and Asia, including more than 18 years of expertise in China. He has held senior roles, including Co-Head of Trading and Managing Director, Capital Markets, at internationally listed investment banks. His expertise spans trading and sales, corporate finance, strategic advisory and M&A.

Management

Alexander Tietze leads Emperor’s strategic advisory activities and is responsible for client relationships, mandate strategy and transaction coordination. In his role as Global IPO Coordinator and Financial Advisor, he steers the advisory process, aligns the parties involved and coordinates each mandate from preparation through execution.

Team & Expertise

The team supports Alexander Tietze in mandate preparation, research, project coordination and communication. Combining capital markets and corporate finance knowledge with an understanding of Europe–Asia business practices, it helps translate the agreed strategy into practical workstreams and coordinated execution.

External Specialist Network

For mandate-specific services, Emperor draws on independent external professionals in legal, audit, banking, investor relations, marketing, communications and event management. These partners remain responsible for their respective specialist services. Legal, audit and regulated banking services are delivered by appropriately qualified or authorised providers; Emperor coordinates their involvement within the overall transaction process.
